Ingredients
Marination
1/2 kg chicken wings
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp soy sauce
3 tsp ginger garlic paste
coriander leaves
Batter
4-5 tbsp of all purpose flour
3 tsp corn flour
salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp chilli sauce
2 tsp tomato ketchup
1 egg
water
Method
- Marinate the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, soy sauce, ginger garlic paste and coriander leaves.
- Make batter by adding all purpose flour, corn flour, salt, black pepper, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, egg and water and whisk it in a way that there are no lumps.
- Heat some oil in the pan.
- Dip the marinated chicken wings into the batter.
- And fry them into the heated oil.
- Once they are cooked properly take them off.
- Chicken Lollipop is ready to be served.
